Gekaufte Programme Fireworks und Dreamweaver gesperrt

Hallo - ich habe meinen PC mit einem neuen Motherboard aufgemotzt. Nun behauptet Adobe ich hätte eine 3. Installation der beiden Programme gemacht und hat beide Programme gesperrt und behauptet nun, dass sie diese nicht meht freigeben können, da es für alte Programme keine neuen Schlüssel mehr gibt. Ich  habe auch nicht die Möglichkeit einen neuen Schlüssel einzugeben. Weiss jemand, wie ich wieder zu meinen Programmen komme. Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe.

    Your chance to deactivate Dreamweaver flew out the window when you replaced your mother board.  There's no possible way to go to back to it now. I'm sorry.

    Thank you for the well-intentioned informations. I'm shure, there will be a way, but Adobe is too penurious to do it. But earning millions every year that is logically better but not user-friendly!!!

    Fireworks is dead.  Sorry.  You must find a replacement for it. 

     

    If you still have layered PNG files to edit, use free PhotoPea.

    It can convert most Fireworks files to other graphic file types.

    But not dead for me - it has a few very good functions and is easy to use, I don't need a complicated new thing.

    PhotoPea isn't complicated. 

     

    The facts are what they are. Nobody (not you, not me, & not Adobe) can travel backwards in time. Your license to use legacy Creative Suite ended when you exceeded the activation limit. Since you can no longer deactivate old installations from your machines, it's impossible for you to keep using these products. 

     

    Look on the bright side.  You got 13+ years of service from software that had a 3-5 year shelf-life. You got way more than your money's worth.  Now it's time to try something new. 

     

    Software has made many improvements over the years. When you see what you've been missing, you'll kick yourself for not making this move sooner.

    you have to deactivate (using a computer with an activation) to recover an activation.

     

    the computer with the replaced mobo would need its mobo restored to be recognized as the computer with the activation if those apps are cs5, cs5.5 or cs6.

     

    p.s. publishing your serial number in public will trigger a revocation of your serial number, if discovered by adobe.

    I reawaked my old computer and started it with the disk which contains Fireworks and Dreamweaver in the hope, I could deactivate them. But the menu-point "deactivate" is light grey, that means not usable.

    What means mobo?

    What can I do else?

    it means you deactivated locally on that computer and not on adobe's servers.
