exactly what version of what app/suite are you trying to reinstall?

If you need to re-install and were using pre-CC, then you need your original files or media to re-install. If this was a purchase from Adobe and a download you may be able to log into your account and download. If this was a download from a 3rd party you will need to contact them.

If you are paying for the CC subscription just go and download the creative cloud app and redownload. https://creativecloud.adobe.com/en/apps/download/creative-cloud
