Get Error 113 (Can't connect to Adobe Servers) error when updating CC apps
Hi:
I haven't used the forum before, so I hope this is the right place to go. I am trying to update my Adobe CC Bridge App and I get error 113. I have tried using the Adobe Limited Access Repair Tool to updated the Hosts file, and id came beck with no updates. I assume that everything is OK with the Hosts file. I turned off my firewall and tried the update. Same result. I tried the ping of the lm.licenses.adobe.com/vact/ping URL and got the desired result. I am running Windows 10, Version 1803, build 17134.706.
This all used to work. I haven't changed any firewall settings. The only updates that have been installed are the most recent Windows updates.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Update:
I restored a copy of my hard drive from 2 months ago when updates were known to work. I turned off my firewall and virus checker. I was able to contact the adobe servers to update the Adobe CC application, but after updating the Adobe CC application, I wasn't able to update update any of the products. I got the same error as described above.
