Get Flex Builder 4.5 as download version

Hello,

i have a valid license key for Adobe Flex Builder 4.5.

Unfortunately, my computer had been resetted. Before resetting, i could manage to deactivate the existing Flex Builder 4.5

But as i want to reinstall the Flex Builder 4.5 i did not find the installation DVD.

Checking the adobe website i did not find a desktop version for the Flex Builder 4.5 to download. The only version is the cloud version.

My question:

Where can i get a desktop version for Flex Builder 4.5 to download?

Or: Is my license key also valid for the cloud version and where do i have to register it?
