My adobe suit have stopped working, i get a ?-mark at the symbols then i try to start them. Have tried your support but he didnt even get my mail, i spelled it 5 times and then i droped me.

You have taken the money from my acconunt as you should.

Please help me quick, i have a lot of work to do....

Can you share a screenshot of what you see. I suppose you are using a MAC, the question mark on an app icon in the dock generally denotes that the location to which the shortcut points to is invalid. So you might wanna check if the application is still installed on your computer. For a MAC the default install location would be /Applications/Adobe/
