Getting an installation error: How can I get Lightroom 4 running in a non-admin Windows 7 account?

Purchased LR4 3 days ago, previously had LR4 beta installed - was removed, cataolg deleted. Installed LR4 in admin account but want to use / run LR4 out of a seperate user (non-administrrator) account. I was previously using Picasa and have all my photos and videos are on a seperate internal E: drive. LR4 was installed on my C: drive.I am getting the error "LR cannot create a catalog named LR4 on Vol E: because LR cannot save changes to this location"

Thx

Mark

Drive E: --> Right-click --> Properties --> Security tab. Add your user with write permissions.

    Thanks for the quick response

I logged on to the admin account and made the changes - gave full access to the "Picasa" user and then rebooted

Still getting the same error message and on the bottom theres an additional message " LR cannot be opened on network volumes, removeable storage, read-only volumes"

Then take full ownership of the files and reset all permissions. Same Security tab, Advanced section at the bottom. Disable inheritance of parent security tokens, then let it copy the attributes. Cloes the panel, re-enter it, assign new owners and permissions. you may need to reapeat this a couple of times. and before trying, verify that your drive properly registers in your device manager and your disk managemnt snap in. This could, after all, be a driver issue or something with the volume appearing in teh wrong place...
