getting charged when plan is cancelled

Hi there,

I cancelled my Adobe plan a few weeks ago and got a confirmation that I had it cancelled but still got charged for this month? I would like to get a refund please and have my plan fully cancelled without getting charged.

Hi

Be aware that if you had an annual plan and you cancelled it, there is a cancellation fee. If it was a monthly plan, there is not. Details here:
