Getting creative cloud products on a lap top

I use an iMac and a MacBook Pro

I purchased the creative cloud plan with access to all the products last October (2015) with a 12 month plan plus one free month on the student rate. I can no longer download additional creative cloud apps without being asked to pay or use the free trial. I should still have 2 months left on my plan. How can I download these apps to my laptop as well as my desktop. I even use the mobile apps, but can no longer get additional applications on any of my devices.
