getting error code 49 when downloading Bridge. how do i fix this

I am getting error code 49 when downloading Bridge.

It seems Adobe CHAT is non-existent.  Can anyone help?

If Windows , navigate to C: .> Program Files  > Adobe.>Adobe Bridge cc .

launch Bridge CC from Adobe Bridge cc  folder .

If Mac , launch Adobe Bridge cc from Applications folder .

Once the Bridge CC app is launched , Quit Creative Cloud Desktop app.

In the Bridge CC menu , click on the option " Help"   .

Then select Updates option .

Many thanks, problem has been resolved by clearing the temp file, download now OK, Eddy

Brucgovn:  i am on a PC

Ned:  I have been to that link 37 times  (that is not an exaggeration)   I cannot get find their Chat link. It says Contact us, and it takes me in circles

The chat link can be elusive as can the people that support it over the weekend.  It does work, at least for most people, but not all.

Chat support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

It looks somewhat like the following when it gets thru properly (I don't think the 24/7 is a true story)...

Are you getting Error code 49 along with message "Download Error:"   while updating Bridge CC application from Creative Cloud app?
