getting error message 0xc00000fd when installing Acrobat Pro 7.0

Question

I am trying to transfer CS2 to my new computer. I get the CS2 products to transfer just fine, but I am getting "application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000fd) " error message.

What can I do to get Acrobat to run?
