getting username in error message

Hello,

I'm trying to install Acrobat and do have an Creative Cloud account. Oddly, I'm receiving the following error message whenever try to install:

Exit Code: 7

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR:

Not sure why my first initial last name is being used as a short file name, but I'm curious if this is what is causing the problem.

Can anyone assist?
