Give away photoshop(student)

Helo.

If dont use my photoshop cs6(student) dont even got it installed on my computer(there is noone useing the licence). Is it legal to give it away to my brother?

    Thanks for the answer.

    I am sorry for the misuderstanding. I dident mean i would like to transfer the license. Its more like i let him use my license, since we are in family, and i trust him.

    But since i'm not useing it, and hes the only one who probably gonne use it from now on, it will be like giveing it(photoshop) away to him, and if that is legal? then its perfect
