going around in circles

I have paid for creative cloud and installed some applications. When i go to open i get to a sign in browser. Sign in with Google acct. Get the ok to close browser anc continue to downloaded app. only to be sent back the sign in browser again. When i close that then it closes the app. so i cant even get in to the app. getting really really frustrasted. already hard enough being in lockdown. Help!
