going back to stand alone version of lightroom

after trying to install a plugin for my stand alone version of lightroom, I can't start lightroom 6 anymore without agreeing to creative cloud.

can anyone help be go back to the stand alone?

Do you have any other CC 2015 or other  CC application installed on your machine? if no, please try Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop
