Grayed out items under help menu in Photoshop Elements 14

The "Manage My Account", "Sign Out" and "Updates" selections under the help menu are all grayed out.  I had upgraded from Photoshop Elements 13 to 14 which for reason meant having both on my machine.  I could only access these options from 13 and only saw updates for 13 so I uninstalled all Adobe Products and just reinstalled 14 but the issue persists.

    I do not know why you would have options to manage your account or to sign out for Photoshop Elements since it is a standaone product, not tied to a subscription.
