Hello,

I was experiencing problems launching my Adobe Apps but Saptam Purkayastha from Technical support kindly helped me resolve the problem through remote access.

Before I got to thank them, I ended the remote control access (thinking that I could thank them right after). However it turned out that I had no more contact with this person. I tried looking for a direct Adobe email but could not find one.

Please send them my thanks.
