Guys will you please tell me the step by step process on how to transfer my adobe products to another computer? I'm not good with computers and I already activated a few of adobe creative cs 5 some of them are in my broken laptops that i cant access. Is there a way to deactivate them on my adobe id so that i can reuse the serial numbers to my newer laptop and how?

Since you cannot access the previous computer, you will need to contact Adobe to deactivate the app using this link: Contact us.
Please have your serial number and Adobe ID ready.
