Had to get a new hard drive and didn't deactivate my creative suite! HELP!

I have windows xp.  I had to get a new hard drive. I didn't deactivate my creative suite II and now I can't register and use the software!  Please help!  I can not afford a new computer or the latest software...  They cancelled phone support and I can't find what to do anywhere!
