Question

Had to reset my laptop and Adobe Apps were wiped, will I be able to retract my files if I reinstall the apps again?

My laptop was experiencing some issues and I recently took it to a repair shop. Prior to taking it to the shop I did a reset knowing my documents would not be erased but I forgot about my files in Adobe. The adobe applications were wiped out after the reset ( I was using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). The laptop had some audio issue so it is still at the shop but I am afraid that when I reinstall the applications my files won't be there. I didn't cancel my account although I wasn't using the applications.

IF you Wiped the drive that deleted, removed, all files on the drive. If you did not have backups of your files they are gone.

You can reinstall all the Adobe App by first installing the Creative Cloud Desktop app and then the application from that.

But as stated above if you first did not make or have current copies, backups, of your personal/work files they got deleted when the drive was wiped.
