Had to uninstall PSE 9, how can I reinstall?

I was getting an error message whenever I tried to open PSE, saying there were files missing and I had to reinstall. However, PSE 9 is no longer available for download - is there any way I can get ahold of it? I have my registration code and everything, and it seems like I should be able to use the product I paid for.
