Har köpt Photoshop Elementss 12 online. Godkänner inte serienummer för min tidigare version

If this is an upgrade activation then be sure that the older version you are selecting as the qualifying version is the one for the serial number you are entering.  If you continue to have a problem you need to contact Adobe Support by chat or phone.
