My hard drive crashed, I got a new one but it erased all of my adobe programs. I bought the adobe programs but it will not leave me re-download them, how can I re-download them again? I had creative cloud but not an subscription, does that count for anything for not letting me re-download them?

You can activate the subscription using the serial number you have in case of the CS products; else use your Adobe ID to activate the subscription (Adobe CC).
