Hard drive failure - can I get Lightroom again?

Hi guys

My harddrive has totally gone and I've just had a new one installed, the bad news is that I've lost my Lightroom 4.  I have my serial number, do you know if I can somehow download it again or just get the upgrade to 5 without having to pay for the whole licence again?  Any advice appreciated
