Has anyone been able to Cancel Creative Cloud Subscription??
Adobe won't stop charging my account for a subscription that has been cancelled multiple times even though I cancelled the subscription immediately BEFORE my renewal date of May 2016! I have been told after 3 different bills that there would be no more charges and just got charged again December 30th. I'm currently sitting at over $240 of un-authorized charges to my card. I've had to contact my Credit Card Company to handle the situation. By the looks of similar questions in the forums this is extremely common with Adobe, AND I don't see any posted resolutions, only a service agent saying they will help, and then internet silence from the customer?
I haven't even logged into or used Creative Cloud since I attempted to cancel it in May of 2016 which would appear on my account.
Just for the record, I'm not one of those people that doesn't understand their Subscription Cancellation Penalty policy.
The customer service has been deplorable and the only consistency has been in every customer care person I've spoken with assuring me my account is "cancelled" and "no more payments" were required.
If I ever get this resolved (and they don't block me from posting in this Forum) I'll let you know.
