Has Creative Cloud price gone up by 18.5%?

Is my Creative Cloud subscription staying at £42.14 pm or will it go up to £49.94 pm when I renew?

You'd have thought Adobe would tell me when informing me that they are about to renew for another year, but no. And neither is it possible to straight answers from chat or phone which simply shove me back into the FAQ loop.

If you had it for several years and don’t have the Teams product, no idea how you got it so cheap. But there are introductory offers all the time / generally described as such.

You should refer to the terms and conditions you originally accepted (you kept them, didn't you)? Here are the terms & conditions of an offer which might or might not be yours: special £42.14 deal for the Teams product, but the regular price for that is not £49.94 but £59.00 per user per month, and these terms say clearly it will go up after 12 months.

VAT) or £708.00/user/year (excl. VAT). At the end of your membership term, you will be automatically billed at the standard rate, unless you change or cancel your membership. No i've been a CC users for several years. Now suddenly 18.5% price rise. Not made clear and not enough competition either if they can get away with this
