Question

has the account info and management changed in the last year?

i cant find my registered products (cs5:master collection and CS6:production premium) on my account info.

last year i had a full CC subscription and it appeared as not available when the year passed, and now it's gone too.

i lost my hard drive along with my backup (ceiling fell off my desktop and destroyed almost all my stuff) and i was lucky enough to find an e-mail with my CS6 serial (which i sent to myself, just in case) but i cant find my cs5 serial anywhere.

my adobe account shows nothing (not even my current cs6 active serial) so i wonder if something changed in the last year, (which is the year in which i last used an adobe  serial number) and how can i get support (and most important my cs5 serial back)

i need indesign badly, im even looking for another cs5 retail box at amazon, but i wanted to check if i could get my old serial back here. also, chat is not available for me at any time (it's 02:14 am and ive been looking for the chat to show up the last 10 hours)

cheers for the forum n00b :v

with all the respect i can give to that answer,
1.- if i had my serial printed in a box, sould i be looking for my serial in another place? i dont know if you noticed, but cc suite no longer comes with a box, and since cs5 you no longer buy retail boxes, but download the software and use your serial.

so, no, i dont have it printed on my box. that's why i am looking for it in another place.

2.- if i had my serials listed on my account, would i be asking for support? i don't really know if my problem is clear, but none of my serials are listed on my account (not even the one im using right now) ive registered several serials since Photoshop 7, even when it wasnt required, but it wasn't until cs5 that i got an adobe account. and, i registered my cs5 serial, and im sure adobe must have a record of who has which serial, so, here i am. also, i had a year of subscription to cc which is not listed (even when it's no longer valid, it used to show on my account anyway with 0 days left)

3.- as i said, the chat option is not available to me, so i am looking for options.it's really annoying since i got my serial on an e-mail around 2011, and luckly i had another e-mail because i had a problem with my cs6 license, if not for that, i would be asking for my cs6 serial too.

4.- i dont think i have a valid recipe of 2011, does anyone has an up-to-date list of their recipes of the last year? i got my serial on an e-mail which Outlook deleted when 2014 came to be, because Outlook automatically deletes old e-mails if you don't put it on a special folder, which i had, but i no longer have access to that part of the account. besides i had my serials on four of my hard drives (two internal, two external) but as i said, most of my desktop was destroyed by a ton of concrete. AND registration is mandatory, how would i know that id lost my serials, adobe has none of them listed and that almost five years later i'd need a proof of purchase?

i probably know im fried, but as i said, adobe makes mandatory the registration, at least to get rid of the "complete your registration" popup that you get every time you open an app., how would i know they dont actually keep track of your serials on your mandatory account after the mandatory registration?
