Have a pc and I cant dowload photoshop or Lightroom. I have the program efor but I have formate my PC

I "formaterade" my PC and after that I cant get Photoshop or Lightroom .

I only could download Creative cloud. What to do?

Please refer the given links to download the applications :

Sign in with your Adobe Id and Password on Creative cloud desktop application.

Make sure during installation all the other Adobe applications are closed.
