Have a problem accessing my package

Hi!

I just recently purchased this CC package on a student discount: https://www.adobe.com/no/creativecloud/buy/students.html?promoid=PQ7SQCMS&mv=other

But cannot access Adobe illistrator and InDesign as mentioned in package. Has anyone experienced this? Cannot even contact Adobe Support. It's blocked for me. My own administrator has allowed me access. Checked on my side but some problem on Adobe's side.

Would appreciate any resource or useful tips

What country are you in?Have you gone to the main Adobe site, Logged in using the Adobe ID (Email Address and Password) used to purchase the subscription and checked that the purchase went through properly and that you do have a Valid Subscription? Have you downloaded and installed the Creative Cloud Desktop App? If not do that and then make sure you Sign In with the same Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
