I have an account that I deleted with Adobe a few months ago but it still works to have a username and password for me to sign in. I am trying to buy Premiere Pro but it won't let me. It says: We have detected an issue with your team Grand Valley State University. Please refresh the page or try again later. If this continues to fail, please contact customer support to resolve this issue. I really need it for a project. Is there anyway I can get it fixed so it will let me buy the product?

Hi Amanda,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. There is a teams subscription associated with this account and is under canceling state.

I would suggest you to kindly Contact Customer Care for help and support.
