Have an enterprise account, Adobe telling me i'm running a Trial

Question

Hi there!I have an enterprise account through the company I work for. I downloaded Premiere and Photoshop and they're telling me I have 7 days left in my trial. If I have an enterprise account, there should be a trial, right? Shouldn't the full versions have downloaded?I downloaded them through the Creative Cloud app while logged into the enterprise account. When I click on "manage account" it brings me to Adobe.com where it says, sure enough, that I have an enterprise account.So how do I stop these trials from expiring in 7 days?

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (used in the next step), https://www.adobe.com/account.html

if your account shows

a. your subscription is active,

1. sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id above to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

2. if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-reverts-to-trial.html

if your account shows

b. you have no subscription and you're paying for one
