Have new Computer. Need to re-download Acro 9 Pro.

I have new Computer. Purchased Acrobat Pro in 2008.  Need to re-download, and it doesn't work.

    What operating system is your new computer using?  If you choose the download option at the time of your Acrobat 9 purchase then you should be able to locate the install files by following the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0.

    It is Windows 7 64 bit.  I can't afford the upgrade a tthis time, but the Acrobat 9 pro should be able to run.

    When I use Akamai Download manager, it install that manager OK, then puts up a screen with a progress bar, then does not fill it in.  The other 'alernate' download method seems to download a file, APRO9_Win_WEB_WWEFG.exe, that is only 3k in size, and when clicked says is not a valid application.  It should be a large file.
