Ok. So my adobe plan expired a few days again.
I went in to renew it but because my plan was a "Redemption code" plan I could not renew it anymore due to me no longer having the redemption code.
I then tried to add a new payment method hoping to use my debit card, but the adobe website kept have trouble loading the page. I tried continuously and even on another browser. No luck. Contact adobe support and not even they could help me.
I then had to create a whole new adobe account because I was not allowed to cancel my expired plan, renew my expired plan nor even buy a new plan.
After creating my new account, I tried to buy another creative sweet plan, but once again adobe would not accept my payment methods. I used my card, no results, I used my mother's card, no results, Please can anyone help me with this unnecessary hindrance. I am unable to do my job due to adobes lack of user-friendly experience.
