Have not received a reply confirming my student eligibility? Has been more than 30 days.

I submitted for eligibility for my student version but have not received anything yet and it has been more than a month. I just re-submitted for the second time but I just wanted to follow this issue up. I would appreciate any help to be able to start using my creative suite.
