Have problems with Apps in crative Cloud desktop. The preloader is just spinning. It is apply only Apps, Home, Resources and Community work normally. This means that I do not get updated programs or added new ones, frustrating! Have install Creating Cloud again, did not help. Have taken earlier version of Creative Cloud from the backup and was prompted to update. Did that but it did not help.

I work on Mac, Yosemite is installed. Last program I was trying install Dreamweaver, but I got of the error when I do not have the right processors.

Thanks for all your help. I contacted phone support before I was about to delete everything. It helped! Two hours and everything is fine so far. It is the first time I have needed help since I started with Photoshop in 1990. But now I'm a happy Adobe user again and all fustrasjon is forgotten!

HI Komhit

Are you still having this issue? I would suggest to try to repair your disk permissions.

Repair disk permissions by running Disk Utility | Mac OS X

Then try the steps listed here and remove the opm.db. Available updates not listed

Let us know if you still have the issue.

Thanks

Scott

It's still just a preloader on Apps. Have tried all three Solution on the website you sent. Have been using Repair disk permissions Disk Utility. Have spent a lot of time and this becomes more and more frustrating. Can not download the update on the Edge Animate that was when i notised it. What happens and why it is so difficult and time consuming. How can this be solved rapidly.

Uninstall all Adobe program? If I delete everything how can I ensure me that all Adobe system files also deleted so I can start all over?

It's something I've noticed. In Creative Cloud Desktop file  under Settings , I can not turn off. I can not choose the language under Apps.
