Have purchased plans but am told my trial is over.

I have purchased plans for Photoshop and InDesign and can clearly see them in my account however when I try to install I am told that my trials are over and purchase now. I have purchased and installed these plans under a different email before on this computer, could that be complicating things somehow? How do I fix this?

Remove ALL of your old subscription and do a fresh install
