have redemtion code but when I sign in there is no place to put it

so I purchased the Photoshop Elements 12... I have a redemption code to get a serial number.... when I sign in to my Adobe Account it doesn't have a place to put the code like on the example.... what do I need to do to get this thing so I can load it
