Have tried to update Photshop elements but get the following "Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.1 update There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I200" I am on windows 10. Can you advise?

I have looked at these links and I can't see how they can help. The link to the installer files doesn't exist in my file system.

Can I get more specific guidance on this.
