Unfortunately after waiting for almost 2 hours between waiting for assistance and a very lengthy chat I was cut off without warning by Emmanuel. He did not even said hello and took the longest pauses to ask and respond a question. He never helped me resolve my problems or at least explain to me why I was having problems. Not happy with the assistance at all. It took from 11 pm to 1 am and did not get any help
