Having a problem downloading Elements 13. At the end of download it states that "signing in with an Adobe ID is required to install this product" so I sign in and the boxes just keep spinning.

are you using an adobe volume license, or did you purchase a single user license?

Not sure what a volume license is but I bought Elem 13 new for myself only

ok.

double check your adobe id/password by signing into your account, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

once you do that, make sure you use the same adobe id/password used to sign into your account.

if you then fail to connect to adobe's server while trying to install pse 13, go here and start troubleshooting your connection, Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later

if none of those solutions fixes your connection, contact adobe support by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
