Having major problems with Creative Cloud App

I have been having problems with my CC app just closing and restarting itself whenever I am trying to update my apps and downloading new apps to my PC.

This has become a major problem as I followed instruction here and uninstalled the CC app and reinstalled. In the process I had to uninstall all of my CC apps on my hard drive. Now I am really stuffed, I have no apps working and the CC app will not work.

I have turned of my virus software and done everything I can think of and have followed all the suggestions here.

I am so frustrated, there seems to be nowhere I can get direct help from Adobe.

Thanks,

Trevor

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
