Having Problem Registering my Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0

I have purchased adobe Acrobat pro 11.0 and it was a one time purchase. I installed it on my old computers. I have dleted this software from the old ones and installed it on my new one but having trouble registering it. While registering when I type in all the required informatoin it keeps working and doesn't register my product with Adobe.

I need help in registering my software and I need activation count reset for this program so that I can install this software on my new computers.

I called Adobe customer service and they said that they can't help as the
support of this software has ended.

The only way to free an activation is to deactivate it on the computer on which it was installed.

I don't have the other computer on which adobe was installed. It was
deleted from those computers but it was not deactivated as I didn't know
that it had to be deactivated. I have the adobe key though.

you can't activate your acrobat xi. and adobe support can't help you with legacy apps.
