    Does your system meet the minimum requirements for the software to function?

    yes, this laptop is a powerhouse. I installed flash 11 and it doesnt work

    Can you be more specific/accurate in describing what is failing and how this failure is presented?  So far you say you have trouble installing Flash 11, then you say it installs but fails, then you say you installed the update and it doesn't work.
