Having the worst time ever with LR now adobe have uninstalled PS.
So out of nowhere my LR started saying 'trialled ended please subscribed' despite being about 8 months into subscribing.
Many many many failed attempt at getting any help from chat support.
I kept receiving a 'please close app and sign in again and should be ok' conversation closed within seconds not allowing me to tell them i had tried this before and it had failed.
It has taken 4 weeks and finally someone took control of my computer and uninstalled lots of adobe sw which seems to have worked but now i find that my bought desktop version of Photoshop will not run and it says i do not have a licence.
Ive contacted multiple times and get poor response from chat support - none response from the facebook page messages and this is really starting to affect my business.
Does anyone know of a complaints department where someone senior and actually cares to resolve my issues (rather than probably trying to hit some support metrics) can actually help me get up and running again!!!!y
