Having weird issues since weeks

Hello folks,

I am going completely insane with my plan, and I wonder if this is just me or if anything has happened with my subscription. This is the story: I received this message after I installed the latest version of Photoshop

Then it requires my mac password, and finally, even now that I am using the forum and am perfectly aware that the wi-fi is alive and kicking

It's getting weird and a bit old now, and I wonder if I've been hacked or if there's a glitch. What makes me suspicious is that after trying again a few times, this thing disappears, and I receive a message that something adobe related has stopped working (sorry I never made to grab a screenshot of it) while everything runs beautifully.

What am I missing?

The one that I wish I could do is the cleaner tool, but it seems to be for enterprises only. I had to be clear and say that I followed the instructions and yet this all appears. Though, I completely missed that and have not tried by changing the file name, so I will try with that.
