HDD has crashed. How do I activate CS5 on new HDD?

My laptop HDD has crashed and is being replaced under warranty.  I did not have the opportunity to deactivate CS5.  How do I go about reinstalling and activating the software?  Do I need to contact Adobe so they can issue me with another activation code?  Advice would be greatly appreciated

    Call in adobe and tell them hd crash. They will increase the seat count by one
