heavy performance issues / photoshop cc (21.0.1) with mac os catalina 10.15.1

Question

crashing stopped since the last ps-update but now the beachball keeps showing up on basically every move.

even without having a file open - pressing on ps-preferences brings the beachball.

is there any help?

Ive found this solution:

ive been updating cc since the beginning so ive decided to uninstall completely:

befor you start: dont forget to save your workspaces and actions!!!

Step 1: use "app cleaner" for mac to uninstall ps cc and lightroom
--> Drag in the complete "Adobe Photoshop 2020" and Lightroom folder.

Step 2: uninstall ps and lightroom via creative cloud app on mac.

Step 3: Reinstall ps cc and lightroom.

done!
