Held hostage by adobe

I asked for my plan to be canceled 4 months ago and now I'm getting charged again. I'm fed up. I tried to cancel the plan and it said I'd be charged 110 dollars!!!! That is bogus

This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe support.   We can't help you cancel your subscription. And it's quite possible you have more than one Adobe account. 

 

Sign-in to your Adobe account below with your paid ID and password.

What is the Adobe case number from 4 months ago when you cancelled?  If you don't know, scroll down to View Support History on the same page.  I will ask an Adobe Staff member to look into it.
