A couple weeks ago I used the chat to talk to a representative about why my student plan went up to $29, he looked into it and explained that after a certain amount of time it goes up even if you are still a student. Now, I dont know what he did, my account says it doesnt have any plans! So I cannot contact support because I dont have any plans. I find this odd because my credit card says I was charged $29 today! I'd like to cancel the whole darn thing, I havent used it in forever, yet I have no one to call and my account says I dont have any plans. But I am still being charged. Where do I find a phone number if I dont have any plans???????????! Why cant you contact support if you dont have an active plan? And why dont I have an active plan?! Im paying for one!

    Go to online chat.

    Click the chat bot icon.

Type Billing Agent followed by Enter key.

If you cancel your annual student plan before the 12th month, there is a 50% early termination fee.  Maybe that's what you paid?  See the terms you agreed to below.
