J'ai acheté un nouvel ordinateur et j'essaie donc d'installer le logiciel ADOBE XI PRO (WINDOWS FRENCH) que j'avais acheté en 2013 le 6 janvier.

J'ai franchi toutes les étapes et voila que j'arrive à la fin et on me demande un no. de série.  Or les options, ne prévoient pas le "XI PRO" et forcément le no. de série que j'ai ne fonctionne pas.  Que faire ?

    you're trying to install acrobat pro xi, correct?

    you start the installation, enter your serial number and then are prompted to select a qualifying product, correct?

    if yes and yes, you have an upgrade version of acrobat pro xi and are being prompted to select the (previous) qualifying product.  select the product you own and you will be prompted for its serial number.

    enter the correct number at the correct time and installation should complete.
