Hello, am suffering because you deducted money from my account without me knowing, when I was trying to change, it was telling me it will cost me cancellation fee more that the subscription. Now I wad told if I change the plan and buy a cheaper plan you will refund the money, I did so but the money you deducted has disappeared, will you refund all the money because I don't use Adobe I don't know even how it's operated. Please help me am suffering it's the only money I had

Hi @brianontere please refer the following article to understand how refund and cancellations work. If you are eligible for refund then it is automatically credited to the bank in about 2 weeks

complain to the youtube author IF that was a recent posting. ie, things change. what was try last year, may not be true this year.

otoh, if you contact adobe support, they may still allow you to change plans with no penalty.
